Gefinor Limited is a Bermuda registered investment firm. As a holding company, Gefinor originates and manages investments concentrated in the specific areas of real estate investment and development, as well as investments in private equity funds, with the objective of long-term wealth creation.

CORPORATE INFORMATION

The Company was incorporated in Luxembourg on December 31, 1968 as Gefinor Société Anonyme. As of January 1, 2011, the Company had adopted the legal form of a securitisation company under Luxembourg law.
At the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders held on April 12, 2019, the Company decided to transfer the registered office of the Company from Luxembourg to, Bermuda. The registration of the Company in the company registry of Bermuda was completed in January 2020.
